Due to popular demand. all of our 2-piece. lightweight rotors will now come with black anodized rotor hats featuring Type 3. hard anodizing. the highest quality and hardest anodizing available for aluminum. This will make the rotor hats more resistant to fade and wear and will hide brake dust better. Due to popular. demand all lightweight rotor rings will also feature zinc plating. This high quality coating will slow the effects of corrosion and keep your rotor rings looking good through the winters.

Shaves 10lbs of unsprung weight from the front of your car while increasing braking performance. plus they bolt on just like stock! This is great alternative to a full on Big Brake Kit since the stock B5 S4 – B7 A4 – C5 A6 – C5 Allroad rotor is a respectable 321mm (12.6″) and most may not want to spend $2.000 plus for a full Big Brake Kit. We basically brought the same high performance great cooling designed rotor to these drop in (fit like stock) front rotors and at a 1/4 of the price or less of a full Big Brake Kit.

-Direct Replacement for OEM #8DO 615 301K & 8DO 615 301M
-B5 S4. 2000-2002 & older European versions with 321mm rotor
-C5 A6. 1999-2001 w 2.7t engine
-C5 A6. 2002-2004 w all engines and H/D ATE Brakes and the 16.7mm offset from the wheel mount face of the rotor to the brake surface (You MUST measure this to confirm fitment. the VIN will not tell this.)
-Allroad. 2000-2005 w 2.7t or 4.2l V8
-B7 A4. 2005-2008 w all engines

Stock vs. JHM
-Rotor Weight: Stock = 21lbs(each). JHM = 16lbs(each) – 24% LIGHTER. 5lbs less each
-Rotor Cooling Air-gap: Stock = 11mm(.433″). JHM = 15.5mm(.610″) – LARGER for better cooling
-Rotor Cooling Center Fin Design: Stock = Straight Fin. JHM = Airfoil – MORE EFFICIENT for better cooling
-Rotor OD: Stock = 321mm(12.6″). JHM = 321mm(12.6″) – SAME
-Rotor Thickness: Stock = 30mm(1.18″). JHM = 30mm(1.18″) – SAME
-Bolt pattern: – SAME (fits like an OEM rotor would)

INCLUDES: 2 – JHM 2-piece Lightweight Front Rotors. (Each rotor weighs 5lbs less than stock for a total of 10lbs weight savings.) 40% lighter!

Outer ring specs:
We worked closely with a race brake manufacturer that supplies many NASCAR racers and a couple major brake kit companies. Due to their expertise we chose to have them build us the outer rings to our specs to fit the B5-S4. 12 attachment points for durability and strength.

Center hat specs:
We CNC machine the Aluminum center hats in house based on their recommended materials and thicknesses for durability. 12 attachment points for durability and strength. We also engrave JHM in them in 3 locations equal from each other. it looks clean and doesn’t jump out or look tacky.
